Cover-up questions, answered quietly
Can any tattoo be covered up? +
Most can. Darker and larger originals are harder than lighter ones. We generate five directions that each work with the existing outline and ink density, so you see the realistic range before you commit.
Will the cover-up be bigger and darker than the original? +
Usually yes, slightly. The artist brief explains by how much and why, and the try-on overlay lets you see the new footprint on your actual arm or leg before the appointment.
What if all five directions look wrong for me? +
7-day refinement is included. Send us what's off and we re-run the five directions with your constraints. We keep going until the set includes at least one you'd actually want.
I'm embarrassed about the original tattoo. Do I have to show anyone? +
No. Upload the photo privately. The image is only used to generate the cover-up directions. No public gallery, no sharing.
