1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MyInk.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

MyInk.ai is an AI-powered tattoo design generator. Users can input text descriptions and receive AI-generated tattoo designs.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • Accounts are for personal use only.

4. Pricing and Payments

MyInk.ai offers free previews and one-time tattoo planning packs.

  • Free previews help you explore the service before buying a pack.
  • Appointment Pack ($29): one-time purchase. Includes final design files, refined variants, stencil files, an artist brief, and consultation notes.
  • Meaning Pack ($39): one-time purchase. Includes story capture, symbol routes, meaning notes, stencil files, and an artist brief.
  • Cover-up Pack ($39): one-time purchase. Includes cover-up directions, before/after planning material, stencil files, and an artist brief.
  • All purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Older account balances may still be used for previews or refinements where available, but new purchases are sold as planning packs.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to walk away with a tattoo design you actually love. Our refund policy is intentionally simple:

  • 7-day refund window: if you are not satisfied with the designs you have generated, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
  • How to request: include the email address you used to check out and a one-line reason (so we can improve). You do not need to justify the request.
  • Processing time: approved refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
  • Abuse: we reserve the right to decline refunds where there is clear evidence of fraud or repeated abuse (e.g. the same person purchasing and refunding multiple times).
  • Mobile purchases: if you bought through Apple or Google in-app billing, refunds for those orders are handled by Apple / Google per their respective store policies. Email us anyway and we will help you file the request.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use MyInk.ai to generate:

  • NSFW, explicit, or pornographic content.
  • Content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination.
  • Content that infringes on others' intellectual property.

7. Intellectual Property

Designs generated through MyInk.ai are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, including getting them tattooed. You may not claim the AI model itself as your own creation.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyInk.ai is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
