Account data: Email address and name when you sign in with email, Apple, or Google.
Usage data: Prompts you enter, styles you select, and designs you generate.
Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe, Apple, or Google. We do not store your credit card details.
Analytics data: Anonymous usage statistics via Plausible Analytics (privacy-focused, no cookies).

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the tattoo generation service.
To manage your account, preview history, purchases, and planning packs.
To communicate service updates when necessary.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. Generated images are stored on Cloudflare R2 with global CDN delivery.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Email, Apple, and Google Sign-In for authentication
Stripe for payment processing
Cloudflare for hosting and CDN
Plausible for privacy-friendly analytics

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time. Account deletion requests can be submitted inside the MyInk mobile app, through the account deletion form, or by emailing [email protected] from the email address tied to your account. We review deletion requests manually and normally complete eligible requests within 30 days. Purchase, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, legal, and dispute records may be retained when required. Apple or Google in-app subscriptions must be canceled separately in your device's store settings.
